More action form the Super 14 both men’s and women’s competitions.

The Premiership returns with the big East Midlands Derby Saints v Tigers. This can be found on TNT 1 at 15.05.

The United Rugby Championship is back on again. I note that Via Sports is renamed and back to Premier Sports.

The Women’s 6 Nations also resumes.
