Swansea City's new Manager, Kenny Jackett feels his appointment has come at exactly the right time for him. He describes the remaining games of this season as a good "assessing period" for him.

| "It'll be a good assessing period for me before I make
any adjustments to the structure of the club and the playing squad," he
told BBC Sport.
"I don't want to go in with too many preconceived ideas." Speaking about the move from Second Division promotion chasers Queens Park Rangers to Third Division mid-table side Swansea City Jackett said: "In the end it was an easy decision to make and one that fills me with enthusiasm," he added. "I've spent a long time as an assistant and I do feel I'm ready to now to step on to manage my own team." |
