CHAOS BEHIND THE SCENES

When Robertson was first announced as co-manager there were many rumblings that Eddie & his backroom staff would be gone by the start of the season. Thanks to this latest move it is seeming more & more likely that Eddie might be next out the door.
The offical say so of the board on Peacock's dismissal is for having no experiance of the senior game. Although the more likely reason is that Peacock wasn't very impressed with the Kenny Black regime. He voiced his opinon to Murray during training, Murray agreed and now both men are no longer with the club.
From what I seen during pre season Ewan was the one shouting from the dug out taking the warm up and doing a good job of it.
So we have a group of players who are training in different locations, a manager all the fans wanted to see in the job, hanging onto it for dear life. A co manager who wasn't considered good enough by the board last December, enjoying a cushy life thanks to his mate Kenny Black.
What should of been an exciting time for Montrose FC has turned us into the laughing stock of Scottish football. The new regime is turning out to be a poor man's Romanov instead of a poor man's Mileson.
On a slightly brighter note, the club have splashed the cash and brought back Scott Michie for a reported 5 figure sum. The striker with a pop stars hair cut, may not be a welcome sight for every supporter after he turned down a contract with ourselves and went to Peterhead for better money, but we do need a proven striker. Michie did a job for us before and has proved himself in this division. All we need now is a 2nd keeper and another midfielder and let the season begin
