West Brom v Leicester City Preview

Victory tomorrow against Championship strugglers Leicester City would be enough to see Baggies move third if results go their way. Games in hand prevent the Baggies from moving back into the automatic promotion places, although their fate is still very much in their own hands if they can win their 2 games in hand.
But it will not be an easy run in for Albion. Cup success might yet prove to be damaging to the promotion campaign, as they stress of a fixture pile up beckons. Tony Mowbray will be hoping his side can remain focused on the league until April 5th.
But another consequence of the fixture pile up is the possibility of injuries, something which the Baggies will already have to deal with tomorrow. James Morrison remains to carry an ankle knock, whilst Chris Brunt has a confirmed hamstring injury. Both players were pulled off midweek against Crystal Palace, and both look highly unlikely to feature in tomorrow’s side against the Foxes.
On the plus side Carl Hoefkens should be recovered from his hamstring injury in time to feature, while Kim Do-Heon is in contention to make the starting eleven after impressing midweek.
Leicester City will be without Jamie Clapham and Captain Stephen Clemence, although the good news for the Foxes is that Patrick Kisnorbo is fully recovered from an ankle injury, and James Wesolowski was back in training this week after a hamstring strain.
