West Brom entertain the division's bottom side Colchester t the Hawthorns this afternoon in a fixture which could see Albion move back to third in the Championship if they can secure all three points. A draw between Hull City and Watford at the KC Stadium is the best the Baggies can hope for between the current 3rd and 4th placed sides, a superior goal difference would still see Albion third.

Tony Mowbray hopes to welcome back midfielders Chris Brunt and James Morrison, who have both missed games with hamstring and ankle injuries respectively.

Ishmael Miller faces a fitness battle after withdrawing from the midweeks England Under 21 international friendly at Molineux having picked up a groin strain against Charlton Athletic last week.

Colchester may be without in form striker Kevin Lisbe, who has a calf injury and will take a fitness test this afternoon.  As does skipper Karl Duguid, following a knee ligament injury.
