Half Time: Arsenal 1-0 West Bromwich Albion

A 4th minute goal from Arsenal summer signing Samir Nasri has given Arsenal a one goal advantage over the Baggies at half time at the Emirates. Albion's Premiership return got off to a shakey start, with the Baggies struggling to string even a sequence of passes together in the opening 15 minutes. But as the game calmed down, Albion began to find their passing feet.
It was a quick reminder of Premiership life for the Baggie boys, as Neves Denilson floated in a pass from the left of the penalty box to a waiting and unmarked Nasri. From six yards Arsenal's new signing slotted a right footed shot past keeper Scott Carson.
Arsenal dazzled Albion to some extent in the opening 20 minutes, with the Baggies not even recording their first corner until the 27th minute.
The remaining 25 minutes of the half saw the Baggies get a foothold in the game, with the Gunners begin to look frail on their 1-0 lead. Whilst no decisive chances were seen from Albion there will be every reason for Wenger to give a stern half time talk to his side.
Korean Kim Do-Heon has impressed the most out of Tony Mowbray's men in the first 45 minutes.
