Is Mowbray making a tactical mistake?

Tony Mowbray has adopted a five man midfield policy for the majority of this Premiership campaign so far. With just one man left up front the Baggies don't seem to be scoring many goals at present, leaving the Albion gaffer up for some stick from the fans. Mowbray hasn't changed his tactics yet, and with no sign of a change coming soon, we ask is Tony Mowbray making a tactical mistake?
