As the second full week of transfer dealings draws to a close, two Albion strikers bid farewell to the Hawthorns. Sherjill MacDonald has left the Baggies for a loan spell at Belgian club Roeselare. The 24 year old Dutch International has made only a handful of appearances this season, all six of them as a substitute.
Dubbed as a great prospect for the future, MacDonald has not featured for Albion since a substitute appearance against Hull City back in October last year. It is hoped the loan spell will increase his chances of first team football, but his West Brom future remains unclear.
Exiting the Hawthorns for good is 27 year old striker Bartosz Slusarski. His Albion career never really took off, with just one appearance for the club in 17 months. Loan spells at Blackpool and Sheffield Wednesday have been his only regular football in England, and he is expected to travel back to Poland to find a club.
