Di Matteo has January targets set in mind

Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo has revealed that he knows exactly who he wants to nab during the January ransfer window. But he's keeping tight lipped over his possible targets, stating that he doesn't even know yet whether it will be possible to bring the players he wanta to the club.

The Albion boss has known since last summer who his January targets were likely to be.  He arrived at the Hawthrons with fresh new ideas for the squad.  But his arrival at the midlands club was so late into the close season that he had little time over the summer to prepare and make deals.

Di Matteo finished by stating that he was tremendously pleased with the efforts of his side so far this season, who currently occupy second place just behind fellow relegated side Newcastle.  Whilst the gaffer is pleased he admits the team still falls a long way short of what he envisages for the future.
