Preview: Derby County v West Brom

Tomorrow Roberto Di Matteo's men travel to Pride Park - where they face 16th placed Derby County. Second placed West Bromwich Albion have not faced the Rams since their defeat in the 2007 Play Off final at Wembley. West Brom start the day 17 points and 14 places better off than their East Midlands rivals.

 West Bromwich Albion have three returns from injury for tomorrow's clash with Derby County.  Filipe Teixeira is available for selection after recovering from a groin strain, Jerome Thomas has recovered from a hamstring strain and Joe Mattock is likely to return to the squad after shaking off a foot injury.

Midfielder Robert Koren remains sidelined however as he recovers from an operation to correct a hernia.

Derby County have no fresh injury worries - their only concern was Fredrik Stoor, who picked up an injury during last weekend's clash with Reading.  He has been back in training this week however and is fit to play against the Baggies tomorrow afternoon.

Albion have a chance to go top tomorrow if they collect all three points, providing Newcastle United fail to take the points against Watford.  But Derby will be a tough test for Roberto Di Matteo's men, having won 4 out of their last 5 games at home.  Ex Baggies striker Rob Hulse looks set to start for the Rams tomorrow, in what will be his 300th League appearance.  Hulse made 35 appearances and scored 10 goals with West Brom before leaving the club in 2005.

West Brom are currently the division's highest scorers, having bagged 39 goals so far this campaign.
