West Brom bag Canadian striker Haber

West Bromwich Albion have agreed a deal with Canadian side Vancouver Whitecaps for 20 year old striker Marcus Haber, Haber joins the Baggies for an undisclosed fee, after completing an impressive trial at the club back in November. Baggies boss Roberto Di Matteo has been looking to reinforce his strike force with the promotion run now in full swing.

A fee between the two clubs has already been agreed, and Haber will join the Baggies in the next few days, subject to agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.

The striker, who stands at 6'3", has made 30 first team appearances for the Whitecaps, scoring 8 goals.
