Mulumbu signs new two year deal

West Bromwich Albion have today secured the services of Youssouf Mulumbu for an extra two years, with another year option in the clubs favour. The new deal will see Mulumbu stay at the Hawthorns potentailly until 2013, and the 23 year old revelaed today that he is very much looking forward to playing in the top flight with West Brom.

Mulumbu signed for the Baggies in July 2009 for a fee of £175,000.

In his first full season with Albion after a brief spell on loan from Paris St Germain the previous season, he achieved automatic promotion with the club, making 46 performances and scoring 3 goals.
