Albion Chasing David Unsworth

West Brom are rumoured to be chasing the signature of out-of-contract Everton defender David Unsworth. Unsworth was expected to sign for Bolton untill the deal fell through.

Albion may face a battle for Unsworth's signature after it emerged that Kevin Keegan's Manchester City may also be interested in snapping up the 30-year-old.

Last month, Albion were linked with Unsworths team-mate Steve Watson. It was believed Albion had made a bid for the centre-half, but was rejected by Everton.

Unsworth made a total of 30 appearances including 4 substitution appearances for the Tofees last season, scoring 3 goals.
