Albion Capture Greening......At Long Last!

West Brom today completed the signing of Middlesbrough midfielder Johnathan Greening. The Baggies will pay Boro' and initial £1.25m for Greening.

Greening has signed on a 3-year-deal after almost 3 weeks of talking personal terms. Chairman Jeremy Peace told the Official Albion Site : "We're delighted to have signed a player of proven Premiership pedigree in Jonathan.

"And we're now focusing on bringing other players in,"

Greening, who was voted Boro's Player of the Year two season's ago, slipped down the pecking order last season after picking up an injury, and then with the signing of fellow midfielders Doriva and former Villa man George Boateng.
