Richardson on loan for another year!

The Manchester Evening News has reported that Kieran Richardson is on his way for once again another loan spell at West Brom. Richardson made a magnificent England debut last Saturday night scoring 2 goals against the USA.

England manager Sven Goran Eriksson has announced that there are still 5 places up for grabs but those 5 places will only go to players who are playing regular first team football which Richardson is most probably not going to get at Manchester United with Giggs and Ronaldo on each side..

Richardson was a key member of a very united Albion squad in there successful bid to stay in the premier league last month.

It is known that Robson is well respected by most Man United players and fans and this is what could have the final say in Richardson’s future. Robson is said to have come up with the idea of Richardson moving to Albion on a year’s loan. This would mean that he is still getting the first team football he needs for an England call up, but also his childhood dreams of playing for Manchester United will not be over.

Along with Richardson Roy Carroll is up for grabs after being listed by Manchester United last week and Albion are looking for a new keeper due to Hoult’s back problems over the last couple of seasons.
