West Bromwich Albion has had a £4,500,000 offer for Frederic Kanoute rejected by Tottenham Hotspur. Bryan Robson’s West Brom are in need of a prolific goal scorer for there second premiership season in a row.

With Mateja Kezman also a target the baggies strike force might be quaking in there boots this summer. Finding the back of the net has always been a problem for Albion in the last few years despite 3 out of 4 successful seasons.

Kanu, Earnshaw, Campbell and Horsfield are all still on Albion’s books. A good set of strikers but not quite what Albion need to move on. Scoring in the premier league 2, 11, 3, 3 respectively.
